Tournament Team Entry Fees

  • Soccer 7-a-side = $800 USD per squad of 12 players maximum
  • Soccer 5-a-side = $600 USD per squad of 10 players maximum (Bangkok 5s = $650 per team)

Prices are including:

  • The entry fees do not cover accommodation or transport. It will cover things associated with the tournament as fields, water stations, referees, ball boys, soccer balls, first rescue medical crew, trophies (cup and medallions) for winners, tournament pennant & tournament Tshirt offered to each player, captain’s briefing (free drinks) and welcome party (free foods).
  • The registration fees should be paid in accordance with the Organisers directions as independently advised.
  • A non-refundable deposit of $200 USD is requested in order to confirm your participation.
  • All fees must be paid prior your first game.

 

2023 Phuket Tournament Packages 4 Days / 3 Nights

The tournament package (optional) includes 3 overnights at Patong Resort Hotel, 3 buffet breakfasts, all round/trip airport transportation to hotel and playing venue for 2 days, all taxes & service charges, and the Team Entry Fee (the deposit payment will be deducted from the total price of the package).

All package prices are based on 8 persons minimum and with private van.

1) For Phuket 7s Teams
* Superior room: $280 USD /person (Single room: $380 USD /person)
* Deluxe room: $310 USD /person (Single room: $430 USD /person)

2) For Phuket 5s Teams
* Superior room: $230 USD /person (Single room: $320 USD /person)
* Deluxe room: $260 USD /person (Single room: $380 USD /person)

3) Room + Buffet Breakfast only
* Superior room: $62 USD /night
* Deluxe room: $76 USD /night
* Premium Deluxe room: $94 USD /night
(Room rates are for 1 or 2 persons on single/twin/double room and are valid until 30 November 2023)

NOTE: The hotel is centrally located in the entertainment Patong district and close to the beach. It is the venue for the Captains Briefing and apart to the Welcome Party. It is also only 5 mins drive to the Phuket 5s playing venue.

⚽️ This is the 15th year in a row that Patong Resort Hotel is “Official Tournament Hotel“, with their continued support and efforts to welcome the teams and that everything goes well. During these previous years of pandemic the hotel remained open at very low room capacity, so today we can only strongly suggest all of you to book your weekend at the hotel, and benefit from preferential room rates.

2) By Telegraphic Transfer or Bank Deposit

Please ensure that the full amount is transferred and that any transaction costs are paid on your end. If not, the balance will have to be paid in cash during the captain’s briefing.

Please also state team name on your remittance and email us copy of your bank transfer receipt so we can confirm your registration immediately.

1) Several banks such as DBS, CIMB & Maybank charge the recipient an extra-fee of $35 USD on overseas transfer by Swift USD. To reduce these extra-fees, you can order your money transfer in RM, SGD or THB currencies (Not in US dollar)
