City: Singapore
Team Color: White
Captain: Laurens van den Brule Players: Belgium

The Belgian and Luxembourg Association of Singapore promotes Belgian-Luxembourg and Singaporean exchanges in the field of economy, business, culture, science and academics. We organizes social and recreational events for our members to stimulate these exchanges. Regular activities are organized for adults as well as for children. To name but a few: business luncheons, dinner parties, Soccer, tennis-, squash-, and bowling tournaments. A monthly "Belgian Get-Together" and a yearly Saint Nicholas party for children always prove to be very successful. A monthly BLAS Gazette is distributed to all members. Every weekend we play a friendly soccer match to keep up fitness and play the game we all loved when we were many years younger. Those were the days, for 90 minutes nothing else matters than getting the ball past the opponents keeper. |

BRITISH CLUB MASTERS (Singapore) |
 |
 |
Country: Singapore
City: Singapore
Team Color: Blue
Captain: Chris / Sharam Players: British
|
The British Club of Singapore Football Club started in 2004 with a handful of Club members, hankered after an informal weekend kickabout as a way to keep fit, meet new friends and spend some quality time away from work and the family. From those humble beginnings and aspirations has been born a thriving Soccer Section, boasting several dozen active members of many nationalities and wide-ranging on-field technique. The BCFC puts out two teams each Saturday, with a 1st XI playing in the competitive Edmund Optics Equatorial Football League (EFL) and the EFL Cup, as well as in annual tournaments. The BCFC goes on tour each year and has to date visited Bangkok, Bali, Phuket (twice) and Ho Chi Minh City (Saigon) to play against local/expat teams and fly the flag for the British Club of Singapore. |

We owe our team name to our shirt sponsors. Other than that we're just motley bunch of friends who for the past 5 odd years have come together every Tuesday for a game of futsal. What are we doing in playing 7-a-side in Phuket? Your guess is as good as ours. |

GERMAN ALL STARS (Singapore) |
 |
 |
Country: Singapore
City: Singapore
Team Color: White or Red
Captain: Martin BockPlayers: German |
The German All Stars is a team with more than 30 years of history of competitive football in Singapore. Founded in the early 1970's the team has evolved from the long hair / sideburns 70's style to a good looking ensemble of young, hungry football loving rookies and veterans. The vision of the team is to offer a home far away from home and with this the key is playing competitive football in the Cosmo League / ESPZEN Mid Week League and having a lot of fun with regular social activities. |

HANOI DRINK TEAM (Vietnam)
|
logo.jpg) |
 |
Country: Vietnam
City: Hanoi
Team Color: blue/white
Captain: Stephane
Players: French, English, Italien, USA |
After 2 frustrating campaigns for both clubs (the Hanoi Drink team losing the final of the Phuket Spicy open tournament in February and the Hanoi Capitals having done the same a bit earlier in the Andaman masters tournament last year), the 2 oldest expats teams from Hanoi (1993-94) have decided to merge their strengths hoping to reach the Graal this time (but not only in the night life for once)! Therefore the Hanoi Drinkers will welcome some of their domestic rivals but friends from the Capitals to build a sort of Hanoi United as we often did in the past… united on the pitch hopefully, united at the bar surely! |

NORTHERN LIONS TEAM 1 (Australia)
|
 |
 |
Country: Australia
City: Darwin
Team Color: White / Black
Captain: Rob Watt / Mark Finestone Players: Scots, English, Australian and a Kiwi
|
Established in 1996 to combat the epidemic of clean living, teatotaliterian football teams existing in Northern Australia during the nineties. The Lions, a group of ex pat brits were quick to earn a reputation as socially capable of competing in the premier division. Wining best social team five years running. Our first tour as a playing side was to Tindal, home of the F14 and our nations top guns. You can always get a cold one in Tindal. Since then we have toured such exotic places as Mandora, Dundee Beach, Litchfield and Humpty Doo and a cold one was enjoyed in each. As for playing football its only two halves from a cold one. |

NORTHERN LIONS TEAM 2 (Australia)
|
 |
 |
Country: Australia
City: Darwin
Team Color: Red, White, Black
Captain: Boris
Manager: Chopper
Players: Aussie, Poles, Poms, Scots, Kiwi.
|
Northern Lions - made their debut in this competition last season 2008.
Unfortunately the team under performed on the pitch - but shit they over performed in other areas. (if you know what I mean).
The tour was judged a success and now the Mighty Lions are back, with two teams. We are based in Darwin, Northern Territory, Australia and are made up of an array of worldly wise gentlemen - the cast includes a Geordie, scouser, cockney, grimbo, brummy, wolverine, Scottish, kiwi, polish, Italian and even the odd token aussie. Watch out for the players names on shirts - they all tell a tale. The Lions motto for this year is play hard on and off the pitch. Listen to the Lions ROAR. |

Most of the guys play in various O35 winter leagues in Sydney, and jumped at the chance to have a game overseas. Everyone is looking forward to a great holiday, making some new friends, and enjoying some good football. See you there! |
